Meet Matt

Matt Estrin is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and founder of 477 Distilling. After serving as a pastor for 15 years, Matt took a leap of faith into entrepreneurship, proving that it's never too late to pursue a new calling. Since then, he has launched seven businesses, creating jobs, strengthening communities, and gaining firsthand experience in the challenges and rewards of business ownership.

Matt is the author of I Know the Owner: From Holy Water to Happy Hour, where he shares the lessons, failures, victories, and unexpected moments that shaped his entrepreneurial journey. Through speaking engagements, coaching, and his writing, he is passionate about helping aspiring and established entrepreneurs build thriving businesses, develop exceptional company cultures, and lead with purpose and integrity.

While his career has changed, his faith remains the foundation of how he leads, serves others, and defines success. Matt has been married to his wife, Trista, for more than 20 years, and together they are raising two daughters.
